Mrs. Fields' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream:
3 eggs
1 lb butter (can use half margarine)
2 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
Add:
6 C flour (I add 1/4 to 1/2 cup more)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate Chips (12 oz pkg.)
Nuts (1 C chopped walnuts)
Coconut (1 C)

It doesn't have an amount for the chocolate chips nuts or coconut so I think that is what I usually do.
I put the dough in the fridge overnight or several hours.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.

These are the ones I have frozen the dough in spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and then put them in a ziplock bag and then you can just bake them when needed.
