Aunt Karen’s Chicken Thighs
2 lbs. chicken thighs (skinless)
2/3 C. water
1/3 C. soy sauce
2/3 C. sugar
Mix sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 ½ hours or until tender. Baste every ½ hour. Can cook in crockpot.
